The AI-first learning platform that makes course creation feel like conversation
"Most learning platforms treat course creation as a necessary chore. I believed training could be fundamentally different - and spent years proving it."

Challenge
Corporate training dies at creation, not delivery. Subject matter experts spend 180+ hours building basic courses, and 89% abandon complex features because they lack instructional design skills.
Solution
An AI that acts as the missing instructional designer. Describe what you need and get complete courses with branching scenarios, assessments, and analytics - in minutes, not months.
Results
- 8x faster course creation
- Complete courses in 45 minutes
- No instructional design skills needed
Why I Built This
Back in 2023, I got frustrated with how corporate learning worked. Every platform felt like it was designed for administrators, not for people who actually create courses. After ten years building VR and education technology that helped over half a million creators worldwide, I kept seeing the same problem.
Teams spent 180+ hours making one hour of training material. They juggled too many tools. Got frustrated with outdated systems. And 89% abandoned complex features because they lacked instructional design skills.
I set out to build something different. Something that felt as natural as sketching on a whiteboard.
The Paradox
I made mistakes along the way. Bet too heavily on tablets. Made the interface too different from what people knew. Used fancy names nobody understood.
But I also listened. Watched how people actually used the platform. And realized something important: everyone wanted two things above all else.
Simplicity and control.
Those two things are usually at odds. Simple tools lack power. Powerful tools are complicated. I spent over a year trying to solve that paradox.
Two Ways to Build
Our visual Pathboard was powerful, but not everyone needed that power. Some people just wanted a simple, linear course without thinking about branching paths. So we built two modes.
Simple Linear Mode is for straightforward courses. Add pages, lessons, and tests in sequence. No canvas. No nodes to connect. Just content, one element after another.
Pathboard Mode is for complex scenarios. Visual canvas. Branching paths. Conditional routing based on test results. Build training that adapts to learner choices.
Switch between modes anytime. Start simple, add complexity later. Or go visual from the start. The choice is yours.
The Editor
We completely rewrote the page editor. Rich text, images, videos, shapes, and diagrams all live on the same surface. Drag things around. Add media with a click. Format text naturally.
It sounds simple, but getting this right took months. Every interaction had to feel natural. I wanted you to forget you were using software.
Assessments, Reimagined
Creating tests used to be the part everyone dreaded. Hours spent writing questions, configuring settings, managing question banks. We rebuilt the entire assessment experience from scratch.
Six question types: multiple choice, multiple select, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, short answer, and long answer for expert-graded assignments.
But here is where it gets interesting: AI generates your questions. Point the assistant at any lesson, document, or pasted text. It analyzes the content, extracts key concepts, and creates relevant questions automatically.
Control the difficulty level, from recall questions for beginners to application questions for advanced learners. Generate dozens of questions at once, then edit until they are exactly right.
Media and Analytics
Every course needs visuals. We integrated Unsplash search directly into the editor. Thousands of professional photos, free to use, one click away. Need something more specific? Generate images with AI.
Creating great courses is only half the story. You also need to know if they are working. Clean dashboards give you a high-level view of your learning portal. Track learner activity, course completion trends, and engagement over flexible time periods.
Built for Teams
For those who need enterprise features, we built them right. Full API and webhooks for everything - users, courses, progress, completions. Plus integrations with 1,000+ apps via Zapier.
What It Means
Most learning platforms treat course creation as a necessary chore. Upload some slides. Add a quiz. Check the compliance box. Move on.
But I have seen what happens when training is done well. People actually learn. They get excited about developing new skills. They come back for more. Good training changes careers. It changes companies.
The problem was never that people did not care about training. The problem was that creating good training was too hard.
That is what Konstantly is really about. Removing the friction between having an idea and bringing it to life. Making it so easy to create great learning experiences that you actually do it.
